Fraud in the Charity Sector
Fraud in the Charity Sector
The Fraud Advisory Panel has commissioned independent researchers Carol Goldstone Associates to undertake research into the nature and extent of fraud in the charity sector in England and Wales.
It is hoped that the results of the research, which is being sponsored by Chantrey Vellacott DFK, will enable charities to better assess the types of risks to which they are exposed and the level of resources required to tackle fraud effectively. The survey will aim to also identify low or no cost actions can be taken in order to make an immediate impact on fraud losses.
Charities with enquiries about the research are encouraged to contact the Fraud Advisory Panel on Tel: 020 7920 8721
